創建於1999年，ATP音樂祭每年由資深樂團擔任「策展團」，邀請自己喜愛的藝人參與演出。憑藉獨特的選團機制，ATP成為最有性格的音樂祭，也是獨立樂迷一生一定要朝聖一次的同人祭典。本片拼貼了超凡的現場影像，另類與實驗樂派的酷團全數到位，曾來台的Mogwai、Battles與Dirty Three也在其中，全片宛如一場瘋狂又迷人的搖滾派對。
